Set aside an afternoon for quiet centering and renewal. This half-day mindfulness retreat includes guided meditation (on a chair or cushion), breath-work, progressive relaxation accompanied by a sound bath, guided self-massage, gentle stretching and meditative movement (Qigong and Lu Jong).
